基于多孔弹性介质理论、运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对中高浓纸浆在开式楔形区中的滤水浓缩过程进行模拟,以得不同滤网夹角时的孔隙比。在楔形区之前,在竖直方向上,由下到上孔隙比逐渐增大,纤维的紧密程度从下到上逐渐降低;在楔形区内,不同角度时,楔形区内的纤维沉积情况基本相同。
Based on the theory of porous elastic media, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the process of filtrate concentration in the open wedge zone to obtain the void ratio at different filter angles. In the vertical direction, the ratio of the pore size from bottom to top gradually increases, and the tightness of the fibers gradually decreases from bottom to top. In the wedge area, the deposition of fibers in the wedge area is basically the same at different angles .
