目前,我国大学的体育教学通常可以分为体育理论课与体育实践课这两部分。随着高校体育理论教学的新规定推出,理论教学课时已经增加到相关规定标准。但是,体育理论教学的发展一直很慢,理论教学体系还不够健全,教学内容也不够实用,教学方式不够创新等等,这些问题都导致了大学体育的理论教学没有达到预计的目标。本文将就大学体育课程的理论教学现状展开分析。
At present, the physical education in our university can usually be divided into two parts: physical education theory and physical education practice. With the introduction of the new rules of college PE theory teaching, the theoretical teaching hours have been increased to the relevant provisions of the standard. However, the development of sports theory teaching has been slow, the theoretical teaching system is not perfect enough, the teaching content is not practical enough, the teaching method is not enough innovation and so on. All of these problems lead to the theoretical teaching of college physical education did not reach the expected goal. This article will analyze the current situation of theoretical teaching of college physical education.
