根据涡旋式膨胀机的工作原理,对涡旋式膨胀机进行动力学分析,得到了涡旋齿所受切向气体力的表达式,进而得出了输出转矩的表达式。以工程热力学的普遍原理为基础,得到了涡旋式膨胀机的有用功,结合气动功率概念,最终推导出涡旋式膨胀机有效热效率的表达式。在理论研究的基础上,设计了试验台,通过试验对结论进行了验证,证明了涡旋式膨胀机的效率与进气压力、体积流量、膨胀机转速之间的关系,并指出工质内泄漏对涡旋式膨胀机效率的影响,为提高涡旋式膨胀机的效率提供了理论基础。
According to the working principle of the scroll expander, the dynamic analysis of the scroll expander gives the expression of the tangential gas force of the scroll tooth, and then obtains the expression of the output torque. Based on the general principle of engineering thermodynamics, the useful work of the scroll expander is obtained. Combined with the concept of pneumatic power, the expression of the effective thermal efficiency of the scroll expander is finally deduced. Based on the theoretical research, the test bench was designed and the conclusion was verified through experiments. The relationship between the efficiency of the scroll expander and the inlet pressure, the volume flow and the speed of the expander was proved. The effect of leakage on the efficiency of a scroll expander provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of a scroll expander.
