农业、农村、农民间题的解决不仅关系到农村的长治久安,而且关系到整个国民经济的持续快速健康发展。为解决“三农”问题,各级政府和财政部门都付出了很大努力,但存在的问题仍然不少。在此次全国人代会上,本刊记者采访了来自财政系统的几位人大代表,请他们从财政角度就解决“三农”问题谈了自己的看法。现予刊发,供各级财政部门参考。 The solution to the problems of agriculture, rural areas and peasants not only concerns the long-term peace and stability in rural areas, but also the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the entire national economy.
