对用喷雾沉积法制取高硅铝合金进行了研究,发现用该方法制得的高硅铝合金的组织较铸态组织产生了明显的细化,其Si粒子细化到10μm以下。本文从冶金学角度分析了这一现象,同时也对喷雾沉积过程中影响合金组织细化的主要工艺参数进行了研究。
The preparation of high-silicon aluminum alloy by spray deposition was studied. It was found that the microstructure of the high-silicon aluminum alloy obtained by this method was obviously refined as compared with the as-cast microstructure. The Si particles were refined to less than 10μm. This paper analyzes the phenomenon from the metallurgical point of view, but also the main process parameters affecting the alloy microstructure refinement during spray deposition.
