以聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯(PPC)为基体材料,采用均匀设计试验设计方法制备了聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯/乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物/低密度聚乙烯(PPC/EVA/LDPE)复合材料,利用差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TG)、电子拉力机等仪器设备对复合材料的热力学性能进行了分析测试,并用DPS数据处理系统对所得试验数据进行回归分析,得出了复合材料力学性能、热性能与各参数之间的关系,由此得到了最佳配方。结果表明:DPS数据处理分析及回归方程的建立是可信的,拟合的回归方程模型对预测复合材料的力学性能、热性能具有显著性;当LDPE质量分数为5%,EVA质量分数3.6%时,复合材料具有较好的综合性能。
Polymethyl ethylene carbonate / ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer / low density polyethylene (PPC / EVA / LDPE) was prepared by uniform design and experimental design using polymethyl ethylene carbonate (PPC) as matrix material. Composite material, the thermodynamic performance of the composites was analyzed and tested by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), electronic tensile testing machine and other instruments and equipments, and the DPS data processing system was used to test the obtained experimental data Through regression analysis, the relationship between the mechanical properties and the thermal properties of the composites was obtained, and the optimal formula was obtained. The results show that the DPS data processing and the regression equation are credible. The fitted regression equation model is significant for predicting the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the composites. When the LDPE mass fraction is 5%, the EVA mass fraction is 3.6% When the composite material has good overall performance.
