42 healthy pilots at different altitudes were tested with the World Health Organization (WHO) Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery (NCTB) core set of tests. The results showed that with the elevation increasing, the scores of energetic scores decreased apparently, while the scores of stress, anxiety, melancholy, anger, fatigue and confusion increased obviously. The response time increased significantly with elevation; The visual memory decreased with the increase of altitude. The hand of manual manipulation decreased somewhat, and the stability of psychomotor decreased significantly with elevation. At the same time, the physiological parameters of the driver at different altitudes were tested, its heart rate increased with altitude, the oxygen saturation, pulmonary ventilation and oxygen consumption decreased. The results showed that the physiological and psycho-neurobehavioral functions Have a more obvious impact.
