分析了现已提出的对海上油田操作费的测算方法，这些方法均以单因素为测算依据，误差较大．为了在油田开发可行性研究和项目预评价中，更加准确的测算操作费．通过对操作费的大项构成分析、投资影响和产值影响分析，提出了以双因素测算操作费的新方法；运用经济计量学和数理统计方法处理实际资料，得到了新的测算公式．经过对比，测算误差大大降低，基本上满足项目预评价对精度的要求．
The methods for calculating operating costs of offshore oilfields that have been proposed are analyzed. All of these methods are based on single factor and have relatively large errors. In order to develop a feasibility study in the field and project pre-evaluation, more accurate calculation of operating costs. Through the analysis of the major components of operating costs, the impact of investment and the impact of output value, a new method of calculating operating costs by two factors is proposed. The econometrics and mathematical statistics are used to process the actual data and a new formula is obtained. After comparison, the measurement error is greatly reduced, basically meeting the pre-evaluation requirements for accuracy.
