随着山脚树矿开采深度和开采强度的增加,13125回采面作为12#煤层该区段的首采层,针对开采初期瓦斯超限实际,结合矿井煤层赋存情况及原始瓦斯含量大的特点,实施高位钻场倾向长钻孔瓦斯抽采。现场应用结果表明,该条件下高位钻场具有布置钻孔多、抽放浓度高、节约成本等优点,打破了以高位巷治理采空区瓦斯的模式。
With the increase of mining depth and mining intensity of Shanjiao tree, 13125 mining face is the first mining layer in this section of 12 # coal seam. In view of the fact that gas overrun in initial mining, combined with the occurrence of coal seam and the large original gas content, Implementation of high drilling sites tends to long-hole gas drainage. The field application results show that the high-lying drilling site has the advantages of more holes drilled, higher pumping concentration and cost saving under this condition, which breaks the mode of treating methane in goaf with high-level roadway.
