在凝固过程中对45钢钢液施加机械振动,研究振动参数对钢液凝固组织的影响。结果表明:随着振动频率的增加,铸锭凝固组织的改善程度呈递增趋势,细化率和等轴晶比率都随着振动频率的增加而增加;改变振幅大小,铸锭的等轴晶率与振幅并非呈现出线性递增或递减的关系,铸锭的等轴晶率随着振幅的增加呈现出先减小后增加的趋势;改变振动时间,铸锭的等轴晶率和晶粒细化程度随着振动时间的增加而降低。并分析了产生上述结果的机理。
During the solidification process, mechanical vibration was applied to 45 steel liquid steel to study the influence of vibration parameters on solidification structure of molten steel. The results show that with the increase of vibration frequency, the improvement degree of ingot solidification shows an increasing trend. The refinement rate and equiaxed grain ratio both increase with the increase of vibration frequency.
