空间光学的发展对光学系统的轻量化提出越来越高的要求,解决光学系统轻量化这一问题将为整个航天发射计划节约大量资金。主动调节刚性支撑薄膜型反射镜是由美国率先提出并制造的口径530mm、厚2.1mm的薄膜型反射镜,反射镜的面形通过均匀分布的促动器的微量移动来调整,镜子的全部重量(包括促动器和支撑框架)为4.73kg。薄膜型反射镜的加工工艺及面形的调整是本文探讨的主要内容,实验表明,薄膜型反射镜面形最终的调整结果取决于薄膜镜基础面形的加工程度,而薄膜镜的制造不同于较厚镜面的加工,需要进行大量的工作进行摸索。
The development of space optics puts more and more demands on the lightening of the optical system.
