有人说,此次经济调整非同寻常。在世纪之交,对国有资产进行全局性、战略性的根本调整,将关系到中国经济以什么样的基础和秩序进入21世纪!而作为首都的北京又将走怎样的结构调整之路? 全国以经济建设为中心,北京也不能例外。关键是围绕首都特点和功能来展开早在80年代,党中央、国务院就对北京市的发展方向明确定位:“北京城乡经济的繁荣和发展,要服从于和服务于作为全国的政治中心和文化中心的要求。”江泽民总书记1995年视察北京时进一步明确提出“四个服务”。既然如此,北京市还要不要以经济建设为中心? 对此,北京市的回答是肯定的。以经济建设为中心是全党全国的基本路线,北京也不能例外,而且要做得更 Some people say that this economic adjustment is extraordinary.
