培训主管作为企业人力资源部门的重要管理人员,对企业人才培养和人才发展方面发挥着关键作用,因此培训主管自身的胜任特质日益受到企业领导者的重视。基于对华西证券和泰科流体企业培训主管进行BEI访谈,从而构建关于企业培训主管的胜任力模型,以期对其他企业人才测评和开发提供一定的借鉴意义。
As the key management personnel in HR department of enterprises, the training supervisor plays a key role in talent training and talent development in enterprises. Therefore, the competence of training supervisors is paid more and more attention by business leaders. Based on BEI interviews with Huaxi Securities and Tyco Flow Business Training Executives, the competency model of business training supervisors is constructed to provide some reference for talent evaluation and development in other enterprises.
