为深入探讨熨平板和熨平板下混合料的工作特性,分析摊铺机熨平板和混合料相互作用的过程,同时建立考虑混合料的附加质量后的3自由度“机-土”动力学模型。将动力学微分方程转化为系统框图,利用Matlab/Simulink对所建动力学模型进行仿真分析和验证,研究熨平板下混合料的附加质量、熨平板前后两侧混合料参数(刚度差和阻尼差)对熨平板振动特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:考虑附加质量后,由于熨平板下混合料的变化,摊铺机熨平板质心振动减弱,并且附加质量和刚度差相比阻尼差影响更大,但熨平板摆角值不超过0.005 rad,对摆振的影响可以忽略。
