针对工业数据采集系统在环境恶劣或者布线不便以及有线的缺陷情况,提出采用无线射频(0~1000MHz)和蓝牙技术实现无线通信接口,借鉴无线传感器网络的思想,设计了无线数据采集系统;无线数据采集系统使数据采集和组网更加方便,易实现多网关通信,节省了大量的布线;描述了无线数据采集系统结构,设计了硬件设计方案,制作了系统实物,采用μC/OS-Ⅱ为内核编写网关软件提高系统的实时性和可靠性,并对系统进行了测试;该课题研究的思想在实时无线数据采集系统中有广泛的应用。
Aiming at the bad environment or the wiring inconvenience and the wired defects, the industrial data acquisition system is proposed to realize the wireless communication interface by using radio frequency (0 ~ 1000MHz) and Bluetooth technology. Based on the idea of wireless sensor network, a wireless data acquisition system is designed. Acquisition system makes data collection and networking more convenient, easy to implement multi-gateway communication, saving a lot of wiring; describes the structure of wireless data acquisition system, hardware design program was designed to produce the system in kind, using μC / OS-Ⅱ as the kernel Write the gateway software to improve the real-time and reliability of the system and test the system. The thought of this subject has a wide range of applications in real-time wireless data acquisition system.
