为更好的满足群众不断增长的医疗卫生服务需求,我国大力推进医疗卫生体制改革,鼓励民间资本进入医疗卫生领域,逐步打破医疗垄断,大力构建“以公有制为主体,多种形式办医”的医疗卫生格局。新医改使民营医院如雨后春笋般大量涌现,民营医院要在激烈的市场竞争中保持优势,必须不断加强对医院的经济管理。文章对民营医院经济管理的意义进行了探讨,提出新医改后民营医院经济管理存在的突出问题,并提出了完善对策,以期为提高民营医院的经济管理水平提供一定的借鉴。
