城市管理综合执法是近年来兴起的一种新的执法方式,既是我国法治建设的需要,也是新形势下城市管理的需要。综合执法机关集多家处罚权于一身,解决了实践中重复执法和交叉执法等一些问题。其发展至今,取得了不斐的成就,但也促使了新的问题浮出水面。文章对我国综合行政执法的现状及存在的不足进行分析,并从多个方面提出完善的具体建议。 The comprehensive law enforcement of urban management is a new way of law enforcement that has arisen in recent years. It is not only the need of law building in our country, but also the need of urban management in the new situation. Comprehensive law enforcement agencies set a number of penalties in one, to solve the practice of repeated law enforcement and cross-enforcement of some issues. Its development so far has made no great achievements, but it has also prompted new problems to surface. The article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of our country’s comprehensive administrative law enforcement and puts forward some concrete suggestions from many aspects.
