在班级管理中及时对学生心理危机进行干预是班主任工作的重要任务。一、做好预警工作,将重大心理隐患消除在萌芽阶段。二、做好应急工作。突发事件后,用适合学生年龄和认知水平的方式向学生告知各种有关信息,对学生进行如何面对危机的教育。三、做好后期维护工作。班主任应对康复后的心理危机学生进行跟踪管理。
