现代重型载重汽车和军用履带或轮式车辆广泛采用柴油机和液力变矩器可闭锁的液力机械变速箱匹配。在设计时涉及到柴油机特性调节、液力变矩器闭锁的控制方式和闭锁工况点的选择等问题。本文试图对上述问题作一些理论分析,供设计时参考。
Modern heavy-duty trucks and military crawler or wheeled vehicles use a wide range of hydromechanical gearboxes that can be locked with a diesel engine and a torque converter. The design involves the adjustment of the diesel engine characteristics, the control mode of the torque converter lockout and the selection of the lock working point. This article attempts to make some theoretical analysis of the above issues for the design of reference.
