商业特许经营于20世纪初在美国开始出现,如今已成为当今世界发达国家和地区商业发展的主要营销模式。该模式自20世纪90年代进入中国,特别是中国加入WTO后,得到迅猛发展,众多国际零售巨头如沃尔玛、家乐福迅速抢滩,在中国掀起特许经营浪潮,其他行业公司及中国本土企业也以自己的品牌在各自行业通过特许经营进行扩张。但是,我国相应的法律规范并不十分完善。
Commercial franchising began in the United States in the early 20th century and has now become a major marketing model for business development in the developed countries and regions of the world. Since its entry into the WTO in the 1990s, China’s accession to the WTO has been booming. Many international retail giants such as Wal-Mart and Carrefour swiftly seized the beach and set off a wave of franchising in China. Other industry companies and Chinese local enterprises also use their own Brands are expanding through franchises in their respective industries. However, the corresponding legal norms in our country are not perfect.
