泰格林纸启动整体上市岳阳纸业消息9月17日,岳阳纸业公告称,拟每10股配3股,收购投资额31.7亿元的怀化40万吨漂白硫酸盐木浆厂,以及投资额11.8亿元的配套12万～14万公顷原料林基地。预计配股价格将超过20元/股,配股数量1亿股左右,募集资金超过20亿元。
