急性心肌缺氧、缺血时,无论在动物或人体均可出现心律失常,关于这些心律失常的类型因种族、机能状态不同存在很大差异,但不外乎是自律性异常及传导障碍两大类。为了正确认识各种动物在急性缺氧条件下心律失常的表现形式,我们首先将60例在体缺氧豚鼠的心律失常总结如下。1 材料和方法应用本院动物室饲养的健康豚鼠60只,按完全随机抽样原则,雄55例,雌5例,雄雌之比11:1,体重400~700g。实验动物在乌拉坦(20%,6ml/kg)麻醉下做气管插管,用室内空气进行正压人工呼吸后,应用XDH-3型心电图机描记标准肢体Ⅱ导心电图(1mV=20mm;纸速为25mm/s)。观察5min。然后由呼吸机吸入预先用LML-Ⅱ型湿式气体流量计按不同氧氮比例(21%、10%、5‰、2%氧及纯
