为观察慢支病人弥散功能发生改变的时间和规律,采用美国森迪斯公司生产的2200型肺功能仪,检测健康对照组28例,慢性支气管炎、阻塞性肺气肿及肺心症病人437例。结果显示:病程2年组其弥散功能的平均值已低于健康对照组,两组间比较已有改变;病程10年以上组则弥散功能改变明显;病程11～15年与16～20年二个病程临近组比较发现,弥散功能变化的同时,血中氧分压和二氧化碳分压也明显发生改变,但血氧饱合度正常。提示伴随着病程的不断进展,弥散功能同其它肺功能指标均明显降低。
In order to observe the time and the regularity of the diffusing function of patients with chronic bronchitis, the 2200-type pulmonary function meter manufactured by Sendez Company of America was used to detect 28 cases of chronic bronchitis, obstructive pulmonary emphysema and pulmonary heart disease 437 example.
