党的十七大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央鲜明地提出了“坚持科学发展观,树立全面、协调、可持续发展,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”的重大战略思想。水电厂在发展创新中必须正视企业思想政治工作面临的新形势与问题,并探讨以科学发展的理念,来实现企业思想政治工作的全面创新。笔者结合凤凰水电厂在思想政治工作方面的实际,就如何加强企业思想政治工作方法上谈谈自己的初浅认识。
Since the 17th CPC National Congress, the party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary has clearly proposed the major strategic concept of “adhering to the scientific concept of development, establishing a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, and promoting the economic, social and people’s all-round development” . In the process of development and innovation, hydropower plants must face the new situation and problems confronting their ideological and political work, and discuss the idea of scientific development so as to realize the all-round innovation of their ideological and political work. Based on the actual situation of the Phoenix hydropower plant in ideological and political work, the author talks about his initial understanding on how to strengthen the ideological and political work of enterprises.
