我国的《烟囱设计规范》中对于烟囱截面配筋验算只规定了单孔洞和两孔洞的计算方法,而对于同一截面上有3个及以上孔洞的情况,尚没有明确的配筋设计公式.针对这种情况,对多开孔烟囱的应力应变进行了有限元非线性分析,发现在一定的开孔条件下,多开孔烟囱截面仍然满足混凝土平截面假定的理论,并参考《混凝土结构设计规范》相关规定,提出了一套可对多开孔烟囱截面的承载力极限和正常使用极限进行配筋验算的计算方法.
China’s “Chimney Design Code” for the chimney section reinforcement check only provides a single hole and two holes calculation method, and for the same cross-section of the hole on the case of more than 3, there is no clear reinforcement design formula. In this case, the stress and strain of multi-perforated chimney were analyzed by finite element method. It is found that the cross-section of multi-hole chimney still meets the assumption of flat section of concrete under certain open conditions. Reference is also made to the "Code for Design of Concrete Structures According to relevant regulations, a set of calculation method of reinforcement checking for the bearing capacity limit and normal use limit of multi-hole chimney section is proposed.
