目的:临床药师参与临床治疗,以促进肿瘤并肝硬化患者用药的安全性、合理性和有效性。方法:介绍临床药师参与1例卵巢癌并肝硬化患者的治疗过程,通过查阅相关指南和国内外文献,发挥自身药学特长,为患者提供合理的个体化用药方案。结果:通过临床药师参与制定治疗方案,可提高患者的治疗效果,避免这类患者潜在的治疗风险,保证用药安全性。结论:通过临床药师参与临床治疗,促进了用药的规范化,并为临床治疗类似病人提供一种思路和方法。
OBJECTIVE: Clinical pharmacists are involved in clinical treatment to promote the safety, rationality and effectiveness of medication for patients with tumor and cirrhosis. Methods: To introduce the clinical pharmacists involved in the treatment of 1 case of ovarian cancer and cirrhosis. By referring to the relevant manuals and literature at home and abroad, the pharmacist is able to exert its own pharmacological expertise and provide patients with reasonable personalized medication regimens. Results: Through the participation of clinical pharmacists in the development of treatment programs, patients can improve the therapeutic effect, to avoid potential treatment of such patients risk and ensure drug safety. Conclusion: The participation of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment has promoted the standardization of medication and provided a kind of thinking and method for clinical treatment of similar patients.
