黄佩华,生于20世纪50年代,壮族,桂西北西林县人。曾任水泥厂工人、车间主任、县委秘书、县委宣传部部长,杂志编辑、主任、社长兼总编辑,现在广西民族大学供职。文学创作一级,广西八桂学者文学岗团队成员。中国作家协会会员,广西作家协会副主席,壮族作家创作促进会会长。主要作品有长篇小说《生生长流》《公务员》《杀牛坪》《河之上》;小说集《南方女族》《远风俗》《逃匿》,《广西当代作家丛书·黄佩华卷》;长篇传记《瓦氏夫人》;长篇民族文化散文《壮族》《彝风异俗》;二十集电视剧《公务员》编剧,三十集电视剧《美人窝》编剧等。作品曾获第一届广西独秀文学奖;第二届、第四届、第五届壮族文学奖;获第三届、第四届广西少数民族文学花山奖;获第四届、第五届广西壮族自治区政府文艺创作铜鼓奖;获全国第四届、第七届少数民族文学骏马奖。
