苯并(a)芘,亦称3.4—苯并芘,是由五个苯环构成的多环芳烃类化合物,是一种强致癌化学物。由于芳香环在一定温度范围内(400~800℃)可以聚合或环化,所以它是一种不完全燃烧过程中的产物,它在煤炭、石油、木柴、脂肪等物质的不完全燃烧或在加热处理过程中,都可以产生苯并(a)芘。据胜治进一氏报导,每克煤、木材、原油、汽油在燃烧时可分别产生:67~136、62~125、40~68、12~50.4微克的苯并(a)芘。
Benzo (a) pyrene, also known as 3.4-benzopyrene, is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound consisting of five benzene rings, a strong carcinogenic chemical. Since aromatic ring can polymerize or circularize in a certain temperature range (400 ~ 800 ℃), it is an incomplete combustion process. It is an incomplete combustion of coal, oil, wood, fat and other substances or in Heat treatment process, can produce benzo (a) pyrene. According to Sheng Chih-Yih reported, per gram of coal, wood, crude oil and gasoline can produce 67 ~ 136, 62 ~ 125, 40 ~ 68, 12 ~ 50.4 micrograms of benzo (a) pyrene respectively during combustion.
