一在《繁花》的双线叙事里,“饭局”是一个在小说九十年代的记述部分出现频率极高的场面。如果说六十年代部分人物的活动空间集中在弄堂、公园、咖啡馆这一类场所,那么九十年代便是由一场接一场的饭局川流不息地衔接而成。人情世相,饮食男女,一切或大或小的碰撞都发生在“饭局”这样的平台之中。九十年代自身的象征意义似乎全部被抽离干净,只剩下一顿顿无意义的流水宴席,以及宴席之上你来我往的男男女女。“饭局”作为一个市井味十足的应酬场所,仿佛穿过交错的杯盏与餐桌之上的灯光,紧紧地攥住了九十年代的上海人们生活的脉搏。
