坚实度、糖度是评价水果品质的一个重要指标。试验表明 :桃子内各部位坚实度、糖度的分布存在较大差异 ;在桃子内各部位糖度与坚实度呈正相关 ;不同成熟程度桃子的糖度与坚实度呈负相关。桃子糖度和坚实度的相关性很高 ,采用二次多项式拟合更适宜
Firmness, sugar content is an important indicator of fruit quality evaluation. The results showed that there was a big difference in the degree of solidity and the degree of sugar distribution in each part of the peach. There was a positive correlation between the degree of sugar content and the firmness in each part of the peach. The sugar content and the solidity degree of the peaches were negatively correlated.
