2015年4月12日,我会在京召开科技体制改革30周年纪念座谈会。研究会方新理事长,中国科协王春法书记,研究会原副理事长罗伟,明廷华、李惠国、张永谦、蒋国华等领导和老同志及部分在京常务理事出席座谈会,座谈会由穆荣平副理事长主持。方新理事长在致辞中指出,从1985年3月13日颁布的《中共中央关于科学技术体制改革的决定》到2015年3月13日的《中共中央国务院关于深化体制机制改革加快实施创新驱动发展战略的若干意见》,30
On April 12, 2015, I will hold a symposium on the 30th anniversary of the scientific and technological system reform in Beijing. Wang Guofan, secretary of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology and former vice chairman of the Research Association, led and old comrades such as Luo Wei, Ming Tinghua, Li Huiguo, Zhang Yongqian and Jiang Guohua and some standing directors in Beijing attended the symposium.
