《收藏界》高社长让我写篇创作国画《季羡林》的札记。说实在的,脱稿一月多了,画面的记忆已模糊,何况画得并不如愿。大凡我创作一幅肖像,画面所花时间,不会超过一天,但前期的案头工作和酝酿、构思、斟酌,却每每需一个月甚至几个月。脱稿后接着便转到下一个命题,这些年来,我几乎都处于这种状态,所以不少作品都因无隙再稿而留下遗憾。这幅作品我却画了两稿,可再稿 “Collectors” high president let me write a piece of Chinese painting creation “Ji Xianlin” notes.
