[目的]分析上海市金山区农药中毒报告病例的特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。[方法]利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统中该区2006—2014年农药中毒报告的数据,分析病死率、中毒时间、年龄、性别、地区及中毒农药种类的分布。[结果]2006—2014年金山区报告急性农药中毒共422例,其中生产性农药中毒151例,无死亡病例;非生产性农药中毒271例,病死率为7.4%。生产性农药中毒以男性为主(131例,占86.8%),高发年龄为30~70岁(142例,占94.0%);非生产性农药中毒以女性为主(150例,占55.4%),高发年龄为20~60岁(202例,占74.3%)。生产性农药中毒季节性明显,主要发生在第3季度。导致农药中毒的以杀虫剂为主。[结论]上海市金山区以非生产性急性农药中毒为主,生产性农药中毒以男性为主,引起中毒农药以杀虫剂为主,应加强农药使用安全宣传教育和监管。
[Objective] To analyze the characteristics of reported cases of pesticide poisoning in Jinshan District of Shanghai and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control strategies. [Method] The data of pesticide poisoning in this area from 2006 to 2014 in China’s disease prevention and control information system were used to analyze the distribution of fatality rate, poisoning time, age, sex, area and the types of pesticide poisoning. [Results] A total of 422 cases of acute pesticide poisoning were reported in Jinshan District from 2006 to 2014, including 151 cases of productive pesticide poisoning without death; 271 cases of unproductive pesticide poisoning with a case fatality rate of 7.4%. Productive pesticide poisoning is predominantly male (131 cases, 86.8%) and high incidence age is 30-70 years (142 cases, 94.0%). Nonproductive pesticide poisoning is predominantly female (150 cases, 55.4%), , High incidence of 20 to 60 years old (202 cases, accounting for 74.3%). Productive pesticide poisoning seasonal obvious, mainly occurred in the third quarter. Pesticides leading to pesticide poisoning. [Conclusion] The unproductive acute pesticide poisoning in Jinshan District of Shanghai was the main cause. The main pesticide poisoning was male, which caused the poisoning of pesticides mainly pesticides. Publicity, education and supervision of pesticide use safety should be strengthened.
