目的在三维牙颌数据基础上,设计制作引导模板,实现微型种植体支抗的准确植入。方法对需要植入微型种植体支抗的患者进行CT扫描和三维数据重建,在三维数据基础上设计种植体支抗的位置。根据种植体位置,设计可配合的引导隧道,并采用牙冠唇、腭面数据设计定位的翼板;数据利用快速成型技术,制作成实体树脂模板,并引导微型种植体的植入;术后通过CT扫描和三维数据重建观察种植效果。结果完成微支抗种植体引导模板的设计,实体模板对种植体植入的引导稳定,种植体能够准确植入设计位置。结论通过三维导向植入可以使微型种植体支抗达到最佳植入部位,从而有效降低种植体支抗的失败率。
Objective To design a guide template based on the three-dimensional dental data, and to achieve the accurate implants of micro implant anchors. Methods CT scans and three-dimensional data reconstruction were performed in patients who needed implanting micro implant implants. The location of implant anchors was designed on the basis of three-dimensional data. According to the position of the implants, a guide tunnel can be designed to cooperate with the dental labial and palatal face data to design and locate the wing. The data were made into a solid resin template by rapid prototyping and guided into implantation of micro-implants. Implants were observed by CT scan and 3D reconstruction. Results The design of guide template for micro-implanted implants was completed. The solid template guided the implant implants steadily and the implants could be accurately implanted into the designed position. Conclusion Three-dimensional guided implantation can achieve the best placement of micro-implant anchorage, which can effectively reduce the failure rate of implant support.
