由于不可避免的政治因素,多民族国家中的少数民族的教育政策一直颇具争议。笔者回顾了新中国成立以来的语言政策极其历史变迁;详细地从立法过程、发展现状、褒贬和现存问题等方面介绍了当前少数民族教育中的双语教育这一核心政策。同时,从历史和社会角度对少数民族双语教育的合理性进行探讨。
Due to the unavoidable political factors, the educational policies of ethnic minorities in multinational nations have been controversial. The author reviews the extremely historical changes of the language policy since the founding of New China. The author introduces the core policy of bilingual education in ethnic minority education in detail from the aspects of the legislative process, current status of development, judgments and excuses. At the same time, it discusses the rationality of bilingual education of ethnic minorities from the perspective of history and society.
