党的十八大提出“四化”同步,农业现代化成为农村发展的首要问题而被高度重视。从最近几年国家围绕加快农业现代化建设的一系列文件出发,系统地分析了中国特色新型农业现代化的特征,尤其是各种新型经营主体,这些新型组织是现代农业先进生产力的代表,围绕这些组织开展职业教育既是农业现代化的要求,也是农村职业教育的用武之地。根据城镇化与农业现代化的相关促进关系,把农村职业教育分为在农、离农和为农三种形式,并在明确各自功能的基础上提出了具体的发展对策,旨在共同推进农业现代化,更好地解决“三农”问题。
