栓剂应用的历史已很悠久,随着医药事业的发展,中药栓剂不断涌现,有关栓剂的研究日益增多,我院制剂室与肛肠科合作,在原九华膏的基础上,研制成功了九华栓。该栓剂可使药物直接作用于患处,充分发挥药物性能。该栓剂具有消肿止痛、止血、祛腐生肌的作用,在临床上应用收到了满意的效果。现将九华栓的制备工艺及临床应用报道如下:
The history of suppository application has been very long. With the development of the pharmaceutical industry, Chinese herbal suppositories continue to emerge. The research on suppositories is increasing. The preparation department of our hospital cooperated with the anorectal department and successfully developed the Jiuhua suppository on the basis of the original Jiuhua ointment. . The suppository can make the drug act directly on the affected area and give full play to the drug properties. The suppository has the functions of swelling and pain relief, hemostasis, and rot and myogenic, and has been applied satisfactorily in clinical applications. The preparation process and clinical application of Jiuhua Suppository are reported as follows:
