为探讨血小板活化在创伤性脑损伤(TBI)大鼠急性期的作用,建立侧位液压撞击致重度TBI大鼠模型,应用流式细胞术在相应时间点检测各组大鼠血小板膜糖蛋白CD31和CD62p的表达。结果显示,TBI大鼠6 h组、24 h组、48 h组、96 h组血小板膜糖蛋白CD31和CD62p表达均明显高于假手术组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。提示TBI大鼠在急性期存在血小板活化增强,利于微血栓形成,加重继发性脑损伤。
To investigate the role of platelet activation during the acute phase of traumatic brain injury (TBI) in rats, a rat model of acute TBI with lateral hydraulic impact was established. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD31 And CD62p expression. The results showed that the expressions of platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31 and CD62p in 6 h, 24 h, 48 h and 96 h TBI groups were significantly higher than those in sham operation group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Tip TBI rats in the acute phase of platelet activation increased, which is conducive to the formation of microthrombosis, increased secondary brain injury.
