粒子制造系统具有特殊的体系结构,并能实现体系结构的动态重组.它的基本特性是自治性和协作性.本文用面向对象的方法动态地建立了粒子制造系统的模型.用信息与方法封装的概念表示了粒子的自治性,用对象分类及系统分解的方法表示了粒子制造系统的结构的重组.基于这个模型,既可对粒子制造系统进行故障诊断,也可对制造系统实现动态控制、规划等.
Particle manufacturing system has a special architecture, and can achieve the dynamic restructuring of the architecture. Its basic features are autonomy and collaboration. In this paper, an object-oriented approach to dynamically build a particle manufacturing system model. The concept of encapsulation with information and methods indicates the autonomy of the particles. The classification of the objects and the decomposition of the system represent the reorganization of the structure of the particle manufacturing system. Based on this model, we can not only diagnose the particle manufacturing system, but also realize the dynamic control and planning of the manufacturing system.
