目的：探讨离断性肾盂成形术治疗输尿管连接部狭窄的临床疗效。方法：采用离断性肾盂成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄21例。结果：本组21例均病肾积水好转．吻合口通畅。其中一例延期拔除肾造瘘管，随访2年效果良好。结论：离断性肾盂成形术成功率高，是治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的最有效的方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of pyeloplasty in the treatment of ureteral junction stenosis. Methods: Intermittent pyeloplasty was performed in 21 cases of ureteropelvic junction stenosis. Results: The group of 21 patients with hydronephrosis improved. Anastomotic smooth. One case of extension of removal of renal fistula, 2 years follow-up with good results. Conclusion: The success rate of disconnection pyeloplasty is high, which is the most effective method for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction stenosis.
