目的:建立复方银杏叶片中槲皮素高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Nova-PakC_(18)柱(4.0mm×250mm,4μm),以甲醇:0.4%磷酸(45:55)为流动相,流速为0.9ml·min~(-1),柱温:35℃,检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素在进样量0.0813~0.813μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.12%,RSD为1.61%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于控制复方银杏叶片的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in compound ginkgo leaves by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: A Nova-Pak C 18 column (4.0 mm×250 mm, 4 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol: 0.4% phosphoric acid (45:55). The flow rate was 0.9 ml·min -1 and the column temperature was 35. °C, the detection wavelength is 360 nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship between quercetin and the peak area was in the range of 0.0813 to 0.813 μg, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.12% and the RSD was 1.61% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of compound ginkgo leaves.
