1993年11月23～27日,“戊戌后康有为梁启超与维新派”国际学术研讨会在新会市和南海市隆重举行。这次研讨会是由《历史研究》杂志社、广东省社会科学院、中山大学历史系、新会市和南海市联合发起召开的。参加研讨会的有国内各地、港台地区以及日本、美国、德国、法国、韩国等海内外学者96人。会议期间,还同时举行了纪念梁启超诞辰120周年及梁启超纪念馆奠基典礼。康梁亲属也从各地赶来参加庆典或学术研讨会。研讨会自始至终思想活跃,气氛热烈,贯串实事求是精神。与会学者以文会友,切磋学艺,对主办单位的精心安排深为铭感。
From November 23 to November 1993, the International Symposium on Liang Qichao and Reformists after the Hu Xu Campaign was held in Xinhui and Nanhai. The symposium was jointly sponsored by “Historical Research” magazine, Guangdong Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, Department of History of Sun Yat-sen University, Xinhui City and Nanhai City. Participants in the seminar are all over the country, Hong Kong and Taiwan regions as well as Japan, the United States, Germany, France, South Korea and other 96 scholars at home and abroad. During the meeting, a ceremony was held to commemorate the 120th birthday of Liang Qichao and the founding ceremony of the Liang Qichao memorial hall. Kang Liang relatives also came from all over to attend celebrations or academic seminars. The seminar has an active and active atmosphere, with a spirit of seeking truth from facts.
