随着人类生活水平的不断提高,对酒的需求量日益增加。酒中含有铅、甲醇、杂醇油等有害成分,过度饮酒会引起酒精中毒,因此我们必须对酒中有害成分的含量进行控制。本文对50份酒样的卫生指标进行了调查分析,现总结如下。1 材料与方法1.1 材料 本文各种酒样为各乡镇供应点随机取样而得。1.2 方法 铅 双硫腙混色法;甲醇及杂醇油:气相色谱法。 参照中华人民共和国卫生部《食品卫生检验方法(理化部分)》(1979年9月第1版)。2 结果与分析2.1 甲醇 在50份酒样中,按现行配制酒的卫生标准(GB
With the continuous improvement of human living standards, the demand for wine is increasing day by day.
