本文报告3例原发性眶内脑膜瘤。患者均为女性,临床表现为进行性单侧视力减退(直至失明)及眼球后疼痛。疾病初期视神经乳头充血或正常,晚期出现病变侧瞳孔直接对光反应消失、视神经乳头萎缩,而对侧眼完全正常。其中两例分别于眼症状出现3年半及4年后,仍无眼眶病变的体征(眼球无突出、运动正常)。仅一例于出现眼症状后15个月患侧眼球突出。全部病例均做了头颅平片、视交 This article reports 3 cases of primary orbital meningiomas. All patients were female, with clinical manifestations of progressive unilateral visual loss (until blindness) and retrobulbar pain. The initial optic nerve head congestion or normal disease, the late side of the pupil of the lesion directly to the light reaction disappeared, optic atrophy, while the contralateral eye completely normal. Two of them showed signs of orbital lesions (no prominent eyeballs and normal exercise) after eye symptoms appeared for three and a half years and four years respectively.
