目的对诸城市2011年居民意外伤害死亡情况进行流行病学分析,为制定科学防治对策提供依据。方法统计分析诸城市2011年居民意外伤害死亡的死亡率、死因顺位及性别比。结果 2011年诸城市居民意外伤害死亡率为39.45/10万,占死亡总数的5.88%;居死因顺位的第5位。男性高于女性,性别比值为2.74。意外伤害死亡的前3位是运输事故(62.94%)、故意自害(13.29%)、意外淹溺和沉没(7.46%),占83.68%。40～49岁组死亡人数最多,占24.48%。结论意外伤害是诸城市居民主要致死原因之一,运输事故是首位原因,以青壮年人群为主,应引起足够重视。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological analysis of death caused by accidental injury among residents in Zhucheng in 2011, and provide the basis for formulating scientific prevention and control measures. Methods Statistical analysis of mortality, accidental death and sex ratio of deaths caused by accidental injury among residents in Zhucheng in 2011. Results In 2011, the death toll of accidental injuries in Zhucheng was 39.45 / 100,000, accounting for 5.88% of the total number of deaths and the fifth in the place of death. Men are higher than women, with a sex ratio of 2.74. The top three casualties were transportation accidents (62.94%), deliberate self-harm (13.29%), accidental drowning and sunk (7.46%), accounting for 83.68%. The largest number of deaths occurred in the 40-49 age group, accounting for 24.48%. Conclusions Accidental injury is one of the main causes of death in Zhucheng residents. Transportation accidents are the primary reason and should be given priority to with young and middle-aged people.
