管理大师彼得·德鲁克在《21世纪的管理挑战》中提到:“今后50年内,能最系统、最成功地提高员工生产率的国家将占据世界经济的领导地位。”这就是说企业最宝贵的资产是员工,员工生产率的高低决定了企业竞争力的强弱。如果一个员工热爱自己的工作,他把工作当作自己的一种事业追求,充满乐趣和动力,把工作目标的实现看作是一种体现自我价值的方式,那么他对于企业的贡献或者说是为企业创造的价值将会更大。如何才能做到这样呢?那就是对员工的激励。
