对乙肝病毒(HBV)各抗原成分的单克隆抗体(McAb)已经研制和应用,其中以对表面抗原(HBsAg)特异的McAb建株较多。单克隆抗HBs是对HBsAg复杂的抗原性进行精细分析的有力工具,并有助于对HBsAg的免疫检测。
Monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) against various antigenic components of hepatitis B virus (HBV) have been developed and used, of which more McAbs are specific for surface antigens (HBsAg). Monoclonal anti-HBs is a powerful tool for the fine analysis of the complex antigenicity of HBsAg and contributes to the immunological detection of HBsAg.
