目的了解深圳市福田区学校、托幼机构饮用水卫生状况。方法对福田区学校、托幼机构管道直饮水、开水、桶装水进行随机抽样,采用GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》和GB 4789-2010《食品卫生微生物学检验》方法进行检验。结果共抽检水样93份,所检项目均合格的83份,合格率为89.2%。其中管道直饮水合格率为100.0%(40/40),开水合格率100.0%(18/18),桶装矿泉水合格率为100.0%(15/15),桶装纯净水合格率50.0%(10/20)。结论桶装纯净水卫生状况堪忧,建议监督部门加强对桶装水生产、销售和饮水机清洗消毒的监管。
Objective To understand the health status of drinking water in schools and nurseries of Futian District, Shenzhen. Methods Futian District schools, nurseries institutions direct drinking water, boiled water, bottled water were randomly selected using GB / T 5750-2006 “drinking water standard test method” and GB 4789-2010 “food hygiene microbiology test” method To test. Results A total of 93 water sampling samples were seized, the seized items were qualified 83, with a pass rate of 89.2%. Conclusions Barreled pure water health situation is worrying, it is recommended supervision departments to strengthen the barreled water production, sales and drinking fountains, cleaning and disinfection of the regulation.
