基于全机有限元模型建立了下壁板维修孔细节有限元模型。在细节有限元模型基础上定义了自由尺寸优化设计模型。以机翼整体柔度最小为目标进行自由尺寸优化设计。优化结果表明,为最小化翼盒整体柔度,下壁板维修孔两侧需要多分布材料以加强设计,而维修孔之间需要少分布材料以减弱设计。
Based on the finite element model of the whole machine, the detail finite element model of the maintenance hole of the lower panel was established. Based on the detail finite element model, the free-size optimization design model is defined. Optimize the free size with the goal of minimizing the overall flexibility of the wing. The optimization results show that in order to minimize the overall compliance of the wing box, multiple distribution of material is required on both sides of the lower panel repair hole to enhance the design, while less distribution of material is required between the service holes to weaken the design.
