目的:采集广西区内超市、市场、集市销售的食用植物油和大米,进行黄曲霉毒素B1的污染情况调查,了解广西地区市售食用植物油和大米黄曲霉毒素B1中污染状况,对其潜在的危害进行分析。方法:采用国家标准测定方法(ELISA)进行黄曲霉毒素B1的含量测定。结果:食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFT阳性)污染量在2μg/kg至160μg/kg,超标率为35.7%;检出大米中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFT阳性)污染量为1μg/kg,符合国家规定。结论:样本中食用植物油含黄曲霉毒素B1显示存在一定的食品安全风险,大米情况较好。
